1C integration via OData
1C integration via OData: accounting data in Excel, reports and your services — without touching the configuration
We connect your 1C (cloud-hosted or on your own server) to reports, exports and external systems via the platform’s standard OData REST interface. Catalogs, documents, stock balances and turnovers — in Excel, analytics and APIs within days, not months: no 1C developer and no configuration changes.
Capabilities
What is included
We deliver the solution as a working service: with infrastructure, access rights, instructions, checks and a clear area of responsibility.
Audit and connection
We check OData publication for your infobase (cloud 1C or your own server), configure access, build a map of available objects and agree on what we read and what we write.
Excel and CSV exports
Catalogs, documents and registers exported to Excel/CSV with filters by period, counterparty and warehouse — for reconciliations, analytics and loading into other systems.
Reports and analytics
Balances and turnovers of accumulation and accounting registers, slices of periodic data, trial-balance and management-dashboard data — on a schedule or on demand.
Document automation
We create and post documents from external sources: website orders, goods receipts, HR documents. With tabular sections and posting — as if they were entered by hand.
Integration with your systems
We connect 1C to your website, CRM, warehouse and billing services through an API layer: other systems get accounting data without direct access to the infobase.
Extending the platform
When standard OData isn’t enough (print forms, complex reports, calculations), we design a configuration extension with its own HTTP services — carefully, without touching the vendor logic.
Your 1C already has an API — we put it to work
The 1C:Enterprise platform can serve data over the standard OData protocol: catalogs, documents, registers and constants become a regular REST API. Most companies never use it — data is copied by hand and reports take half a day in Excel. WS Tech switches this interface on turnkey: from publication and access rights to ready exports, reports and integrations. We work with standard configurations, including 1C:Accounting for Kazakhstan.
Connect your 1C to reports and services
Tell us what you need to connect: email, licenses, a bot, an account portal, Nextcloud, Matrix or remote access. We will get back to you with a clear plan and the next step.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is OData in 1C?
The built-in REST interface of the 1C:Enterprise platform (8.3+). Once the infobase is published, its data — catalogs, documents, registers — is available to external systems over HTTP without configuration changes. It is an official 1C mechanism, not a hack.
Do we need configuration changes or a 1C developer?
For reading data, exports and creating standard documents — no: everything works through the standard interface. A configuration extension is only needed for special tasks like print forms or server-side calculations — and we build it as a separate, careful layer.
Does it work with cloud-hosted 1C?
Yes. We work both with cloud hosting (1C rented from a provider) and with infobases on your own server. The only requirement is the ability to publish the OData interface; we help negotiate with the provider and set up the publication.
Is it safe? Will you break our books?
By default the connector is read-only — writes are physically disabled. Writing is enabled by a separate decision per infobase, runs under a dedicated account, and documents are created through standard 1C mechanisms — exactly as if entered manually.
Which configurations do you support?
Standard configurations on platform 8.3: 1C:Accounting (including Accounting for Kazakhstan), trade management, ERP and industry solutions. Before starting we run an audit and show a map of what is available in your specific infobase.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope: a one-off export, recurring reports or a full integration with document writing. Leave a request — we will look at your infobase and propose the scope and price.
